1. Maintain project files on Server
1a. Ensure all contracts (received, reviews, signed and executed) are in contract folder
1b. Ensure all Certificates of Insurance are current and forwarded to General Contractor (WSF and Subs)
1c. Ensure all Subcontract Change Orders (received, signed and executed) are in contract folder
2. Maintain Subcontractor contracts and Vendor PO's on project server
3. Scan returned signed copy of shipping tags to server and file in job folder
4. Scan and file all material/bolts MTRs onto the server
5. Match, scan and file all Bolt MTRs onto the server
6. Forward all bolt MTRs to Erector when received (at least 2 days prior to ship)
7. Record all job-site shipping tags to Shop Orders
8. Record Heat #s to Material lists
9. Copying stock MTRs to Project files
10. Coordinate with Production Manager for missing/needed MTRs
11. Verify unrecorded Heat #s/Materials are listed on Open PO Listing with updated due date
12. Create for approval all Subcontract Agreements/Purchase Orders
13. Process all Subcontractor Agreement/PO invoices
14. Maintain maintenance records
15. Ensure completed maintenance sheets are turned in timely
16. Process project Change Orders for review and submit by Project Manager
17. Weekly Outstanding Change Order Log sent to General Contractor for updates
18. Acquire full working knowledge of Project Administrator duties in Tekla
