ITA is seeking a Contract Administrator to join the team at ITA HQ located in Newport News, VA.
The Contracts Administrator will play a key role in supporting a wide range of contracting activities. This includes involvement in proposal development, administration, and close-out processes to ensure maximization of business results and adherence to corporate policy and government regulations.
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
Work with internal customers to assist in the development of process notification letters to customers. These letters address scope changes, limitations of cost and funds, operational issues, and requests for modifications or adjustments. Additionally, collaborate closely with the finance department on backlog reports, funding reports, and performance metrics.
