Communicates with customers to gather information about service levels and respond to questions or complaints. Additionally, Manufacturers Service Contract Administrator may require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders using check sheets
- Perform inventory control and stock management activities
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all orders
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals
Skills:
- Experience with AS400 or similar warehouse management systems
- Familiarity with order picking processes and using scanners for order fulfillment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate stock management and order picking
