    Core Responsibilities:

    As a Management Analyst II in the Division of Contract Management, you will:

    •    Provide contractual oversight and administration of purchase of service agreements.
    •    Review contract budgets, revisions, final quarter financial reports, and closeout reports
    •    Collaborate with program management, financial staff, auditors and providers.  
    •    Develop and analyze purchase of service agreements.
    •    Monitor and evaluate the agreement financial and compliance components.
    •    Partner with program management and providers in overall assessment of performance in order to assure integrated service delivery, cost-effectiveness, and appropriate use of state/federal funds.  
    •    Assure that contractual requirements are met, the regulatory changes are incorporated, and that needed changes to the system occur as related to compliance or other issues.
    •    Work with Program Offices to develop and refine contract language. 

     

    Minimum Qualifications:

    In order to qualify, you must have eight (8) years of education, training, and/or experience analyzing, evaluating, and/or developing improvements to organizational and/or managerial systems, programs, and practices.
    The background of well-qualified candidates will demonstrate the following 
    competencies:

    1.    Experience in the development and oversight of contracts, preferably those with multi-service levels and complex funding sources, including invoice processing. 
    2.    A demonstrated ability to successfully analyze complex financial reports.
