Job Title: Contract Administrator II
Job Type: Full time; Consultant ( 12 Months)
Location: Rockford IL 61125
Schedule: Monday to Friday; First Shift
Pay Rate: $ 41.06 per hour

Role Overview (Remote):
This position is for an experienced Contracts professional, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Customer facing role responsible for various pre-award activities and an integral part of the value stream. Performs proposals activities in accordance with internal and external requirements including negotiations and finalization of contracts. Makes process improvements to enhance organization standard work and compliance effectiveness performance.

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 plus years of relevant experience or in absence of a degree, 7 plus years of relevant experience is required
• Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the Aerospace Industry or directly for Collins Aerospace
• Previous Contracts, Supply Chain or Procurement experience
• SAP experience
• Experience with FAR 12 and FAR 15 contracting – Commercial Item background
• Experience with FAR and DFARS regulations
• Experience working with government contracts, writing proposal and negotiations
• Experience with customer interfacing for contracts and negotiations, and agreement (NDA’s, MOU’s, MOA’s, etc.)

• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment • Able to multi-task and set daily goals

Pay Details: $41.06 per hour
