Communicates with customers to gather information about service levels and respond to questions or complaints. The Contract Administrator is responsible for processing contracts post award, managing change, providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers; and working with dealers. This position is responsible for translating the voice of the customer into a high quality apparatus which protects lives and property. The Sales Coordinator must be able to handle multiple contracts at one time in a fast paced project environment. The key internal output of the Sales Coordinator is to provide a clean specification for engineering to design from. It is the sales coordinator’s responsibility to manage the flow of information from the customer to internal stake holders.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related or equivalent experience preferred.
Previous Project Management or Account Management experience preferred.
Detail oriented with strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; both written and verbal.
Energetic, motivated, team player, professional.
Ability to multi-task, effective time management skills
Fluent in English, both written and oral.
Efficient computer skills in MS office, Outlook and other software programs.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time and stand and walk occassionally. The associate frequently is required to talk or hear. The associate is required to reach with hands and arms. Work will require frequent use of computer, telephone, and general office equipment.
The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occassionally. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
General office environment. The noise level ranges from quiet to moderate. Environment may be warm or cool, depending on weather and other factors. Some exposure to production environment.
SCHEDULE:
Hours depend on business and department needs. All positions are subject to overtime as needed. Overtime can be scheduled by adding additional days to the scheduled days for the week or by extending the hours worked. See a supervisor for information on overtime worked in a particular department.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities. The associate may be asked to assist in the training of new associates on specific duties.
