WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As our Service Administrator, you will be in a dynamic, multi-faceted role that ensures our customers have a great experience when they get their equipment repaired or serviced at Pape’. Every day, you will help manage incoming and outgoing service department work, enter and manage work order data through various internal programs, prepare warranty paperwork and monitor reimbursements, provide excellent service to customers in person and on the phone, ensure that the needed data is entered and maintained in Salesforce for the Sales Department, and more! To thrive in this role, you must be a detailed person, enjoy working at a fast pace, and have a winning attitude.
