Multi-site manufacturing company, looking for an experienced and hands-on Quality Manager to ensure that products meet customer requirements, ISO 9001:2015 compliance with FMEA/Control Plan leadership and complaint resolution.
Requirements
Experience With:
1. Maintaining ISO 9001:2015 system requirements.
2. Print interpretation.
3. Background work in PPAP, Control Plans, FMEA and Process Capability tools.
4. Corrective Action Problem Solving using Root Cause analysis, implementation, and verification activities.
Responsibilities
Work with associate teams and external auditors to maintain work instructions and forms for products or processes which meet all internal and external system requirements.
Leadership assistance with PPAP team organization for final customer submissions, including FMEA.
Train and supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff to provide guidance and feedback.
Assist in product development teams.
Inspect and audit process outputs for comparison to requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation/records and perform/train basic statistical analysis.
Management Review.
Identify LEAN opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures.
