  • Why Work for Us?

Shield Arms is a fast growing and dynamic firearms and accessory manufacturer known for producing innovative and reliable products. Shield Arms has gained a reputation for high-quality and well-engineered products that cater to the needs and preferences of firearms enthusiasts and professionals alike.

We aren’t like every other firearms company, and we don’t try to be.

We believe in freedom, the importance of family, having work/life balance and creating an environment where every employee is part of reaching the same goal, excited to come to work.

    • Community – We are involved in our local community, things like having a float in the Bigfork parade, doing a Thanksgiving Give Back, and more.
    • Value of Culture – We are selective in who we hire, not only do they need to be able to do the job and work as a part of our team, but they must also align with our values.

The concentration of wealth contributed to the city's prominent, elaborate Victorian architecture. At the 2010 census Helena's population was 28,190, making it the fifth least populous state capital in the Un...
