Manufacturing Director oversees manufacturing operations and the production management and supervisory teams for a plant or unit. Incorporates organization-wide operational safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control policies and programs into manufacturing processes. Being a Manufacturing Director monitors production metrics, responds to and resolves problems, and recommends process improvements, new technologies, and methods to maximize operational efficiency. Collaborates with leaders to manage and resolve workforce or labor issues and develop long-term solutions. Stainless Steel Fabricator wanted to build sanitary food processing equipment. Fabrication is the creating of Stainless Steel products using various machines to form, weld, polish, grind, braze, cut, assemble, and install the finished product.

Requirements:
Must be local to the area. Must work safely, quickly, and efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality. A high quality level in our industry is defined as smooth sanitary welds and keeping assembly within the state dimensional tolerance, with all end products having a smooth uniform finish. Experience with food processing equipment and/or conveyors is a plus.
