Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shop Technician to join our team. As a Shop Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to assembling electric carts, troubleshooting, manage inventory, interact with customers, packaging and other duties as needed.
This part-time job has the potential to move into a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble electric carts and the electrical components that go into the carts.
-Inspect electric carts and other products, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems to maintain a smooth production line.
-Manage inventory using Google Documents and Google Sheets service on a laptop.
-Interact with customers and business clients, providing responsive and helpful communication.
-Box and Package electrical carts and products to meet quality standards.
-Other duties as needed by the team.
Experience:
- An understanding of mechanical systems and components, as well as the ability to use various tools and equipment effectively during the assembly process. This includes skills such as using wrenches, screwdrivers, and power tools safely and accurately.
-Experience in product assembly or manufacturing, particularly with outdoor equipment, showcasing the ability to assemble, inspect, and ensure the quality of products like the Beach Mule before they reach customers.
