    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team! This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a team of innovative professionals in the manufacturing industry. If you are passionate about creating efficient manufacturing processes and developing lean manufacturing principles, then this is the job for you. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be a key player in our operation, driving our commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement!

    Responsibilities

    1. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes by utilizing your knowledge in product and manufacturing methods.
    2. Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to maximize efficiency and reduce waste..
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, and translate them into effective, efficient manufacturing processes.
    4. Analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
    5. Estimate production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
    6. Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange equipment purchase.
    7. Enforce safety regulations and adhere to all quality control standards.
    8. Train production personnel for new and existing equipment to ensure optimal utilization.
    9. Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects targeting productivity, quality, and waste reduction.

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
    3. Solid experience and knowledge in lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
    4. Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
    5. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering concepts.
    6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data.
    7. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions.
    9. A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
    10. A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
