To excel in the role of Manufacturing Engineer at FNA Group, you'll need a background in Automation Technology with experience as a Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineer. Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and familiarity with industry-standard equipment are essential. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Proven working experience as a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer or Mechanical Engineer specializing in Automation Technology.
• 1-3 yrs. experience in PLC troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and manufacturing processes.
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
