Maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. Being a Manufacturing Engineer determines the parts, equipment, and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications. Requires a bachelor's degree of engineering. Additionally, Manufacturing Engineer typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The successful candidate develops process parameters for new tooling, refine and improve existing processes and generate documentation and monitoring system to assure standards are maintained. Able to work with minimal direction and ability to work overtime if necessary. Working weekends and off shifts is required. Bachelor degree a plus. Successful candidates will have integrity, a sense of urgency and a desire to control their own future.
