Requires a bachelor's degree of engineering. Additionally, Manufacturing Engineer typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Scope & basic function :
Accountable to lead, develop and engage the workforce that safely operates, maintains and improves equipment and assembly processes in the execution of the production plan.
Utilizes standard work to plan and direct labor, deliver training, and maximize efficiency. Apply appropriate continuous improvement processes to improve performance, partner with peers to sustain improvements and engrain in culture.
Manage the operation as an owner; with safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and growth (SQDPG) KPI’s. Proactively supports company policies and strategies.
