Our client seeks a manufacturing engineer at their central Illinois facility to lead and manage capital equipment projects. You will also provide ongoing floor support to manufacturing teams.

Position Overview

• Develop and manage implementation of transformational capital equipment projects within a manufacturing facility
• Provide ongoing floor support to manufacturing

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or the equivalent of experience and education required
• Ideally 5 or more years manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience managing capital equipment projects within a manufacturing environment
• Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal hand holding
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
