SUMMARY
Develop and implement quality systems with an emphasis on product returns, complaint management, and overall root cause and corrective action measures to drive the CAPA, optimize new product development within a manufacturing environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
0-3 years of Quality Engineering experience
Experience with measuring tools and Equipment
Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
Basic knowledge of quality systems – statistics, and sampling
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
