SUMMARY:
The Manufacturing Engineer Manager oversees daily production and is expected to lead with an innovative direction of Manufacturing Technicians and Engineers. Responsible for these team members and implementation of capital projects to aid in the manufacturing process. Reviews, evaluates, and implements engineering changes and specification requirements to the production department for the maintenance of tooling and fixtures. (i.e. – core boxes, patterns, CNC fixtures, etc.).

Standing for extended periods of time, walking throughout the facility, ability to lift 50lbs as required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Exposed to elements, such as cold, heat, noise, dust, odors, fumes, etc.
Work time is spent on the manufacturing floor and in a managerial office.
Potential for alternating rotation of 1st and 2nd
Minimal travel requirements to other McWane facilities and suppliers
