The M.E. in this role will oversee processes, being responsible for machine tools, programs, setup/operating documents, and fixtures. You will also work closely with machinists and engineers to support overall functioning of the shop including cost reduction, improved lead times, continuous growth, and more!
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to make their mark in a hands on role spending time on the shop floor and in the office converting design models to CNC programs, establishing shop drawings for operators, set up and run FA samples, and being a resource for shop personnel, to name a few.
This is a 1st shift position with a flexible start time of 7 AM on Monday- Friday. The goal is to maintain a strong work-life balance.
