As a Lead Manufacturing Engineering Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products. You will lead a team of technicians and collaborate with engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to excellence.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the manufacturing operations by providing technical expertise, leading process improvement initiatives, and ensuring the smooth execution of production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• 1st shift with varying start times of 6:00am or 7:00am; Monday - Friday
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency
• Quality audits
•  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality
• Data analysis
•  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production line
• Order reviews
• Drawing reviews
• Order processing
• Manufacturing interface
• Request for quote
•  Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• SMT Machine Programming and Support
