Essential Job Functions:- Configure and set up molding machines according to specifications
- Operate molding equipment to produce valves within defined tolerances and quality standards
- Load molds with urethane materials, ensuring accurate placement and distribution to achieve desired valve specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process
- Perform mold changes on machines with a teammate, both installation and removal
- Perform set-up of injection molds
- Troubleshoot machine and mold complications
- Perform maintenance and minor repairs on molds
- Strong attention to detail and very safety oriented

Requirements:- Safe operation of all tools
- Materials handling experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team-oriented work environment
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills
Required Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted. Physical capability to properly handle tooling and safely set up large pieces; including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning products.Must be able to stand, sit and bend for long periods of time.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing environment: loud noise levels, high temperatures, dirt and sand.
Required PPE: steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, dust masks, and/or respirators.
