Manufacturing Manager plans, schedules, and manages one or more manufacturing production processes. PRIMARY FUNCTION
Under the guidance of the Production Manager, will be responsible for the smooth running of all production activities and the quality of output.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Plan production activities to improve delivery timelines while maintaining high quality and cost-effectiveness.
· Take the lead in fulfilling customer orders and deliveries.
· Identify delivery exceptions and provide alternative solutions.
· Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing, and production control systems.
· Plan for the purchase of equipment & material required to meet the delivery schedule.
· Help the team with customs clearance of purchased components and equipment.
· Field Assistance on the deployment of demonstration products on site
· Work with vendors for material procurement and delivery
· Identify new suppliers and manage existing suppliers to meet the production needs.
· Negotiate with suppliers to optimize cost.
· Active involvement in maintaining inventory.
· Research product certification requirements and execute obtaining the same.
· Apply for regulatory approvals required to demonstrate products to customers.
· Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
· Estimate costs and prepare budgets.
· Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
· Monitor production to resolve issues.
· Supervise the procurement, inventory, and production engineers.
· Report to upper management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supervise and Manage a team of Production Supervisors.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred.
· Relevant fields of study include industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering and civil engineering.
EXPERIENCE
· Have deep know-how in electronics and mechanical production procedures.
· Working experience with enterprise management software suites.
· Must be self-driven, organized and be able to work in a team environment.
· The ability to direct personnel toward maximum performance will set you apart as a leader.
· Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
· Proven written and verbal communication skills. Deep knowledge of production management
· Understanding of Wire bonding process, high frequency PCB manufacturing is essential.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
● Incumbent must be able to operate a computer.
● Lift/carry 40lb. or less, push/pull 12lbs. or less.
● Stooping, bending, stretching, and reaching outward and over their head.
● This position may require extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
● Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary.
● May require travel. Associates will be required to take all appropriate training classes as required.
