    As the Master Scheduler Manager, you will collaborate closely with all functional departments to ensure the timely and effective resolution of system issues. Your role will involve leading the cycle counting and material handling initiatives across the operation to maintain a seamless flow of products that meet the necessary service levels.

    Requirements:

    We are searching for a candidate with:

    • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a specialization in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field highly valued.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution, with a proven track record of managerial responsibilities.
    • Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, production planning, and cycle counting.
    • Proficiency in MRP/ERP and CPQ systems is essential.
    • Familiarity with Visual 9, Tacton, Kebrite, and Docuware is considered advantageous.
    • Exceptional data management and analytical skills, including proficiency in ERP maintenance, inventory queries, and Excel pivot tables/formulas.
    • Experience in Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning is desirable.
    • Strong command of the MS Office suite.
    • Previous experience managing teams in a unionized environment is beneficial.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    A typical day may include:

    • Acting as the Operations Leader for ensuring Product Data integrity across CPQ, V9, Docuware, and KeBrite.
    • Serving as the operational point of contact for all product data updates, issues, and complaints.
    • Analyzing GAL processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
    • Providing training to business system users as needed.
    • Collaborating closely with production and engineering teams to manage material master data for BOMs, routings, and rates.
    • Leading the inventory control function, including overseeing cycle counting programs, variance reconciliation, and transaction controls.
    • Identifying root causes of variances and implementing systematic improvements.
    • Ensuring accuracy and proper maintenance of the inventory location system.
    • Supervising stock rotation procedures and ensuring adherence to FIFO principles.
    • Supporting efforts to manage excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory.
    • Leading or participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to Inventory Reduction and Material Flow.
    • Providing analytical support and guidance to operations and materials teams.
    • Generating and distributing various inventory reports to relevant stakeholders.
    • Developing, documenting, and providing training on relevant business systems, with a focus on inventory and transaction control.
    • Leading or coordinating physical inventory processes.
    • Supervising material handling teams across the manufacturing area.
    • Fulfilling any other duties as assigned.
