Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and vendors
- Manage office expenses
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures
- Oversee office equipment and supplies inventory
- Handle phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Utilize Epicor system for financial tracking and reporting
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Provide team management and supervision
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees
- Ensure office cleanliness and organization
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Excellent file management abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels
- Experience in team management or supervisory role preferred
- Knowledge of basic human resources practices is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
