Maintenance Technicians are an integral part of the cabinet making process. It is because of their attention to detail and diligence that Monarch Cabinetry’s machines continue to operate at full capacity so that production goals can be met.

Monarch Cabinetry is looking for a Maintenance Technician who has the ability to be independent in job duties, determined to succeed, proactive in their position, and willing to complete various maintenance and repair projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to perform advanced level functions in the maintenance and repair of Monarch Cabinetry facilities, including but not limited to the buildings, grounds, lighting, plumbing. HVAC, etc.
• Advanced computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of Dust Collection Systems and how to troubleshoot them.
• Knowledge of Servo Drives and how to troubleshoot them.
• Knowledge of how-to conduit and wire various equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and perform troubleshooting.
• An understanding of VFD basic setup and ability to perform troubleshooting.
• An understanding of Compressed Air Systems and how to troubleshoot them.
• An understanding of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
• Ability to test motors (single and three phase)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge in PC integrated software, software/hardware installations, and system backups.
• Associate degree in electronics/electricity, industrial maintenance, or 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field.

Job Details:

• Full Time Employment
• Schedule – First Shift. Some maintenance projects may require work after business hours or on weekends.
• Salary - $20 to $27 an hour, this is based on experience with the possibility to increase at 30/90-day performance reviews.
