```Duties```

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Payroll Clerk. As a Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. As well as submit payroll taxes. Use of Quickbooks

Responsibilities:

- Collect, calculate, and enter payroll data into the system

- Verify accuracy of timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies

- Process payroll adjustments, including bonuses, commissions, and overtime

- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees

- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters

- Maintain accurate payroll records and files

- Assist with general ledger reconciliation related to payroll accounts

Skills:

- Proficiency in accounts receivable and 10-key typing

- Experience with payroll software such as Workday, UltiPro, Paychex, Kronos, or similar systems

- Knowledge of general ledger reconciliation processes

- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software such as Ceridian or similar platforms

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Previous experience in payroll processing or related field preferred

- Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations

- Strong understanding of confidentiality and data privacy standards

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
