Position Title: Clerk
Benefits:

Sick hours (upto 64 hours in a fiscal year)
Location: Various Community center and Elementary schools in Albuquerque, New Mexico
Duration: 06 months (possibility of an extension)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 6:00pm but will 8:00am to 4:00pm in the summer

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Plan, organize and evaluate personnel and/or programs at an assigned work site.
• Prepare and post children's daily participant activity schedules, employee activity schedules, monthly calendars and any other forms associated with on-site daily activities.
• Prepare required/assigned documents, program publicity, parent communication, staffing assignments, etc.
• Train staff on-site as needed.
• Conduct staff meetings.
• Prepare timesheets and relevant paperwork.
• Attend required professional growth and training sessions as scheduled.
• Disseminate information presented during supervisory meetings, orientations and/or training sessions.

Supplemental functions:

• Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
• Collect and reconcile service fees.

Preferred knowledge:

• Basic operations, services and activities of recreational and social programs
• General principles and practices of recreational program development and implementation
• Principles of cash handling

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
