4. Duties/Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls
Log inquiries and complaints to the Division of Banking
Bulk Mailing
Generate reports using SharePoint and Excel
Manage large amounts of data (filter, categorize)
Audit consumer complaints to ensure entry into various systems
Enter complaint data into various systems
Work closely with investigators in creating and managing complaint files
