Responsible for assisting the Operations Administration Department in development, updating, and coordination of operations policies, procedures and activities within the Bank.
Duties:
· Develop/update operational policies/procedures.
· Streamline operational forms/process.
· Perform vendor management risk assessment and management.
· Assist with CRA and other compliance matters.
· Assist branches to resolve operational and other issues.
· Other duties as assigned by management.
