Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the entire grocery store, including food production.
- Manage staffs, schedules and time cards and ensure smooth execution
- Assist the general manager in various tasks and decision-making processes
- Supervise and train staff members, including new hires
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
