Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our butcher shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in butchery, a deep understanding of pasture-raised meats, and a dedication to providing customers with premium products and personalized service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and freshness for all products, including overseeing meat selection, cutting, and preparation.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Train and supervise staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and regulations related to food safety and butchery practices.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in high-quality retail food store management. Knowledge of butchery or meat processing is a plus!
