Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Deli Co-Manager to oversee our deli operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service management and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the deli department
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Train and supervise deli staff
- Maintain quality control standards for food preparation and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle catering orders and special requests

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation regulations
- Strong understanding of hospitality management principles
- Ability to cook and prepare deli items as needed
