Summary :
Supports product development and member experience; including member engagement and member services by gathering, analyzing and reporting market data and trends along with sales, competitor and product information to inform strategic planning and product design, accomplished through the management of primary and secondary market research projects.
Formal Education Required :
a. Bachelor’s degree
b. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience & Training Required :
a. Five (5) years of experience in primary and secondary market research in the healthcare and insurance industry to include:
i. Experience in managing vendors for both custom primary research and syndicated research projects.
ii. Experience in designing and reporting on data analytics and data mining.
b. Familiarity with statistical tools such as SPSS, SaS and/or PowerBI

a. Ability to pass skill assessment administered by Human Resources for the following:
i. Microsoft Word at a Basic level.
ii. Microsoft Excel at an Intermediate level.
iii. PowerPoint at an Intermediate level.
iv. Access at a Basic level.
b. Ability to synthesize complex consumer and industry data into action oriented business recommendations to drive strategic initiatives that increase product demand and member retention.
c. Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
d. Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
e. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
f. Comfort with ambiguity and change.
g. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
h. Work effectively and efficiently in a team environment, across departments and various levels in the organization.
i. Flexible: ability to adjust work hours to meet business demands.

$30.60/hr - $45.90/hr
