Jr. Market Research Analyst
What You’ll Do:
- Objectively gather automotive-related product and market-related data around assigned topics.
- Compile, organize and communicate, timely and accurate collected research and spreadsheet data information both in writing and verbally.
- Able to follow a schedule and meet deadlines while prioritizing multiple projects at the same time.
- Be a creative detective. Uncover new opportunities based on current, statistical market data.
- Understand consumer wants from products and what is driving their purchasing decision.
- Proactively coordinate with internal resources to ensure company goals are met.
Your Creds:
- Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or related business degree is preferred
- 1-2 years experience in a related field, such as research analysis is preferred
- 1-2 years prior experience in a product-related environment, such as manufacturing, automotive or industrial
- Understanding of automotive systems and products is required
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills – you know your stuff and you can engage with your colleagues in a positive, productive way.
Additional Necessities:
- Incumbent will work in both a normal office environment and garage environment.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds.
