Responsibilities

*Oversee the day-to-day operations of the produce department, including managing a team of associates. *Ensure that high-quality produce is stocked, rotated, and displayed in an appealing way to drive sales and customer satisfaction. *Maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize shrink by managing waste and spoilage. *Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate promotions and drive sales across the store. *Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations. *Set and achieve department goals and targets

Skills and Abilities

*Strong knowledge of fresh produce *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Ability to prioritize and multitask *Attention to detail *Customer service-oriented

Qualifications

*Minimum of 2 years of experience in a produce management role *Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively *Knowledge of produce ordering and inventory management *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Understanding of health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
