Seafood Department - Position Available

What you will be doing:

· Ordering seafood products from vendors on a regular basis to assure we have competitive pricing and proper inventory levels.

· Supervising the receiving of all seafood products and ensuring that the proper paperwork is completed.

· Supervising all activities in the Seafood Department including product cement, rotation, signage, and displays

· Ensuring that shelf pricing is correct and reflects the most recent pricing and market conditions.

· Ensuring that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following ServSafe and Board of Health guidelines.

· Responsible for overall department appearance, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards.

What we are looking for:

· 2 or more years of experience preferred.

· Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail

· Ability to lift 30 pounds and walk in a wet and cold environment.

· Able to order merchandise daily and ensure that all packages are accounted for.

· Time management skills a must

· Availability: weekdays and weekends: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

· Must speak English.

Pay: $21.08 - $25.39 per hour
