Job Overview: Research Manager role with client-facing responsibilities (existing clients), leading primary research studies to uncover insights and deliver meaningful stories that assist in client growth. Main duties include spearheading study design, execution, analysis, interpretation of results and reporting. Seeking a Research Manager with the keen ability to manage projects efficiently, collaborate with diverse teams, and communicate research findings and insights effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Design questionnaires for custom studies that specifically address our client's research needs. In addition, managing the Project Management process from 'Project Planning to Client Deliverable'. Key element of this rile is the ability to assist clients in the definition of research objectives and to refine project objectives and scope in collaboration with clients or stakeholders.
Project Flow:
Coordinate data collection efforts with the project team. Advise team (and clients) on quotas, weighting, sampling. Ensure data tables and banners are produced and structured properly. Identify and address issues or roadblocks to project success. Develop solutions to overcome challenges and meet project objectives.
Reporting and Presentation:
Analyze and interpret survey results independently. Also to actively work alongside the Analytics team on presenting multivariate findings. Prepare insightful PowerPoint reports and presentation decks that present, summarize, synthesize findings and recommend action to our clients. Communicate research results to stakeholders, clients, or senior management.
Client Interaction:
Build a trusting relationship with the clients. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and address their concerns. Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with the research process and outcomes.
Qualifications
Thorough understanding of and experience with market research tools and constructs: crosstabs, banners, weighting, incidence, response rates.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially with clients
3 years min of market research experience (experience in healthcare a plus); multiple positions are available with varying levels of experience.
Has directed custom quantitative research projects (qualitative a plus).
Knowledge of statistics and multi-variate analysis a plus
