Market Research Supervisor supervises activities in the market research department. Ensures appropriate use of analytic techniques to determine demand for products and services. Being a Market Research Supervisor interprets and predicts consumer trends, formulates research and development proposals, and monitors research projects. A level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. Additionally, Market Research Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Also, he or she must be able to supervise those that are obtaining their BCBA certifications per the board.

    Responsibilities:
    • The candidates must be able to write result-driven programs and approximately 2 programs for each requested hour of authorizations that take a minimum of 15-20 minutes to complete.
    • All must be able to work collaboratively and discuss cases (struggles and areas where all were successful) in order for the team to be able to help all clients and their family members to reach their goals.
    • All must be able to turn in the assessments to the clinical director or clinical coordinator for review prior to submitting them.
    • Assessments must be able to be conducted in a fashion that is objective with goals that assist the client with being able to overcome the obstacles associated with their diagnoses.
    • Family guidance and supervision must be conducted in such a way that assists the technician together with the client to be able to reach their personal and professional goals.
    • Must have knowledge of conducting writing/assessments, and writing and implementing programs and targets.
    • Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of conducting assessments and reviewing assessments per the job description. (AFLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R and PEAK)
    • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and train others.
    • Assist with scheduling and managing the schedule once trained
