Market Research Supervisor supervises activities in the market research department. Ensures appropriate use of analytic techniques to determine demand for products and services. Being a Market Research Supervisor interprets and predicts consumer trends, formulates research and development proposals, and monitors research projects. A level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. Additionally, Market Research Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. The Payroll Compliance Supervisor will review payroll processing system to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, equity compensation, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
This individual contributor role will work with our payroll team to identify gaps and issues that prohibit compliant business processes, driving solutions and providing remedies for process deficiencies to improve operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with SOX and all applicable legislative requirements.
Maintains strong internal and external relationships by addressing questions and escalations with accuracy, a sense of urgency, and professionalism. Demonstrates strong independent problem-solving skills.
