Market Research Supervisor supervises activities in the market research department. Ensures appropriate use of analytic techniques to determine demand for products and services. Being a Market Research Supervisor interprets and predicts consumer trends, formulates research and development proposals, and monitors research projects. A level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. Additionally, Market Research Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Saturday mornings from 6 am - 1 pm (7 hours)
- Winter Market is 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month, January-end of April
- Summer Market is every Saturday May-end of October
- Holiday Markets are 3 Saturdays in November and December
One day per week of your choosing for reporting, social media posts, side projects (5 hours) for a total of 12 hours per week.
