The primary focus of the Marketing Intelligence Analyst is to utilize strong analytical skills to provide actionable data for marketing and other areas of the Credit Union. The Marketing Intelligence Analyst will also be responsible for completing scorecards and reports on new and existing members, special campaigns, and account activity.
Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities consist of:
- Support the research efforts of the Credit Union which includes the production of regularly scheduled reports and lists. Perform research as requested to assist the efforts of the branch network and other departments.
- Complete regular reports including: monthly onboarding, channel and product scorecards, lending dashboards, competitor analysis, new market research, and more.
- Assist other departments with member, consumer or competitor research as needed or requested.
- Research new market areas to assist in the identification of new branch locations.
- Analyze research data and report on any trends or facts that are pertinent to the Credit Union including but not limited to: closed account trends, competitor pricing, service scores, etc.

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training program
- One to three years of similar or related experience, including familiarity with Tableau (preferred but not required)
