Marketing Associate: Ardmore, Oklahoma
OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Associate. This role involves assisting in various marketing activities, including planning, and executing events. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for marketing.
Responsibilities
Marketing Support:- Assist in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various channels, including social media, blogs, podcasts and websites.
- Manage social media platforms, engage with followers, and monitor and report analytics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
Event Coordination:- Assisting with the planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, including career and health fairs, community outreach programs/events, and other internal events.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution, including coordinating schedules, deliverables, and objectives.
- Create and manage event timelines and checklists to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Coordinate event marketing efforts, including promotional materials, signage, and digital campaigns.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement for future events.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in marketing, with exposure to event coordination/planning preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and deliver successful marketing campaigns and events.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in all marketing materials and event execution.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and last-minute adjustments in event planning.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
