The Fundraising Analyst is responsible for analyzing nonprofit marketing data from inspiring causes that are changing the world. They will work with complex data sets to help describe, explain and predict nonprofit donor behavior. They are expected to use a combination of data technology skills and a foundation of statistical methods for data analysis.
Essential Functions:- Perform research and analytics projects for one or more agency clients utilizing a combination of SQL, Excel and Tableau.
- Experience measuring online marketing through Google Analytics and other platforms is preferred.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data manipulation and analysis is required.
- Build and analyze reports and dashboards for donors and marketing campaigns.
- Present analytical findings and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Familiarity with analytical methods and measurement frameworks.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate honestly and effectively and continuously with internal as well as external customers.
- Will need to troubleshoot all job processes, manage timelines and project requirements, anticipating issues and following through with all tasks to completion.
Education and Experience:- Undergraduate degree in related discipline (e.g. Social and Behavioral Sciences, Marketing, Statistics, Business)
- 2 years of experience in data analysis (or equivalent post-graduate experience)
