ABOUT US:

Monbo Group International is seeking an experienced Administrative professional to assist the Federal Government in Altus, Okalahoma. Monbo Group International supports a variety of federal government customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will provide general administrative and clerical support as well as perform routine and non-routine tasks including special projects. You will be responsible for scheduling and making arrangements for meetings, maintaining Microsoft calendars for Government customers, researching and securing requested information, and researching, authoring, compiling and proofing of various reports, briefings and presentations. This position will also interact with other support staff and departments to gather, supply, or coordinate information.

QUALIFICATIONS

• two or more years related experience
• Experience with general administrative work including producing reports and presentations, coordinating meetings, and editing of correspondence
• Coordinating meetings of the Executive office with the other offices
• Effective customer engagement, interpersonal communications, writing, and briefing skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically both orally and in writing
