    Job Summary:
    Salas O'Brien's Technology, Acoustics, and Theatre Consulting team seeks a Marketing Assistant in Boulder, CO. Work flows across our offices — Dallas, DC Metro, San Diego, and Chicago — so you would be backed by a team. Reporting to the Marketing Director in San Diego and the Marketing Manager in Dallas, you'll provide crucial support to our marketing and business development team. As an energetic professional, you'll excel at meeting deadlines, following through, and caring about the big picture. This role offers a career path to become a marketing coordinator.
    In this role, you will:
    • Connect with the marketing team daily
    • Maintain team boilerplate information – resumes, case studies, photographs, etc.
    • Assemble qualification packages
    • Update our database with leads, opportunities, client contacts, staff skills
    • Create folders in our network file system
    • Assist with event planning
    • Assist with clerical items for the TAC team offices (Technology, Acoustics, Theatre Consulting)
    You will be a great fit if:
    • You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related design field. (We also value experience or other paths of study.)
    • Exude a positive attitude and strong work ethic
    • You demonstrate self-sufficiency in tasks, taking responsibility for organization, communication, implementation, and completion. This requires the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team, whether in-person or virtually.
    Location: Boulder, CO (hybrid)
    Travel: No travel is required
