Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to join our team. As a Project Manager Assistant, you will provide support to project managers and contribute to the successful completion of various projects. Responsibilities:
- Proof jobs by checking for spelling and grammatical errors and checking for accuracy against client data

- Assist project managers with preparing jobs for production

- Check incoming proofs for color correctness and print quality

- Act as liaison between project manager and production area and spearhead any corrections to proofs

- Organize and file job folders

- Find solutions to problems and resolve conflicts internally

Experience:
- Associate degree preferred

- Possess strong organizational and time management skills as well as attention to detail and ability to multi-task

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and often fast-changing environment

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written)
