Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management:
Sales Generation:
* Actively seek out and engage prospective clients to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
* Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality and value of our clients products.
* Collaborate with the sales team and management to provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to strategic planning.
Order Processing:
* Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to meet or exceed client expectations.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback, providing regular reports to management for performance evaluation and strategic decision-making.
Market Research:
Problem Resolution:
Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duty Behaviors
* Regularly schedule follow-up calls with existing clients to inquire about their satisfaction, address any concerns, and offer personalized promotions based on their preferences.
* Actively prospect new clients through cold calls, networking events, and local business visits, aiming for a minimum of 20 new client interactions per week.
* Practice and refine sales pitches through role-playing exercises with colleagues, incorporating feedback to enhance presentation skills and adaptability to different customer personas.
* Execute order processing with a 24-hour turnaround time, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated to the logistics team for prompt delivery.
* Submit a monthly market research report highlighting key industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, contributing to the development of targeted marketing strategies.
* Utilize active listening skills to empathetically address customer concerns, proposing solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction within 48 hours of the initial complaint.
* Collaborate in weekly forecasting meetings, actively contributing insights and data-driven observations to enhance the accuracy of sales predictions and identifying potential challenges early on.
Minimum Requirements
* An interest in sales, preferably in the face to face or related industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or the potential to be trained in these areas
* Demonstrated experience in customer management, including building and maintaining strong relationships, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
* A presentable and professional appearance, as the sales representative, will be representing the company during client interactions and business meetings.
* Ownership of a reliable and well-maintained car for transportation to visit clients, attend meetings, and handle other iob-related activities.
