ROLE:
Under general supervision, assists the VP of Marketing and Marketing Manager with design, development and implementation of various marketing programs, promotions and other related tasks to support marketing and corporate objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with coordination of promotional campaigns through collaborative input at marketing meetings, placement of media, organization of timelines and outside placement.

Design and prepare professional marketing materials. Maintain Marketing Team Files and Marketing Campaigns page with current print and media samples related to campaigns/promotions.

Under the supervision of Marketing Manager, contribute to the growth of All In’s social media presence and engagement, by updating and monitoring social media accounts and facilitating social media promotional campaigns.

Assist Business Development Officers with communication channels, creating flyers, emails, newsletters and distributing supplies and promotional materials as needed.

Research, price and evaluate all promotional items as requested by the Marketing Manager. Maintain all Marketing supplies, inventory control and necessary ordering as needed. Restock inventory of marketing promotional materials and supplies.

Assist with mass email communication through a third party vendor to provide member communication for Marketing promotions and programs and assist with necessary member communication supporting efforts of other Credit Union departments.

Input data and coordinate fulfillment of employee business cards as requested.

Conduct market research and recommend product/service modification or improvements.

Assist VP of Marketing and Marketing Manager with credit card expenditures and budget tracking through proper general ledger assignments and verification of accurate invoice amounts.

Represent the credit union at designated credit union events.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Experience: One to two years of similar or related experience. Premier Pro video editing skills and camera handling skills preferred.
