Print Production Assistant

This position is perfect for someone who has business printing experience and who loves working with your hands. Candidates with business printing experience will be at the top of our list and will absolutely receive a reply from us! Work alongside experienced graphic designers and printing professionals to manufacture marketing-oriented business printing. The right candidate would have the opportunity to grow with the company and become a printing professional if they wanted to learn that as well. This is not a graphic design position.

What Are The Print Production Assistant’s Responsibilities?

• Prepare client print files before printing on digital printing presses and wide format printing presses
• Print client items to perfection
• Create & print client proofs for their in-person approval before printing thousands
• Finish the printed sheets on digital cutters, laminators and cutting systems
• Performing stringent quality control functions
• Meet and greet our walk-in business clients and help assess their printing needs
• Open, inspect & stock inbound inventory and supplies
• Warehouse upkeep & storage organization
• Manage and order inventory (inks, supplies, finishing items)
• Alerting client to various file and print production Issues
• Various marketing tasks
• Various administrative tasks

• Ability to lift & move 30 lbs & be on your feet for extended periods in a comfortable, air conditioned environment
• MUST live in NW Arkansas or SW Missouri (NOT a remote work position!)

Compensation?

• Part-time or full-time - Hourly $18-$22
• Industry top wages
• Potential to earn $25-30 an hour as a full-time employee doing high volume business printing as you skills improve and the company grows
