- Assist in managing advertising sales and partnerships
- Monitor and analyze marketing analytics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Support the implementation of marketing automation tools and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Qualifications:
- Proven experience or strong interest in digital marketing, content marketing, advertising sales, or social media marketing
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies
- Basic understanding of advertising principles and techniques
- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance
- Familiarity with Adobe and Photo shop a major plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Carroll Leather, based in Conover ,NC is a 60-year-old company owned by Rino Mastrotto a tanner out of Italy. We are the sales arm for all of the Rino Mastrotto textiles sold in the USA.
